Important: Confirmations are made only after deposits are received.
- Full Payment is required on one-day trips at time of reservation.
- $50 deposit is required on 2-6 day trips with balance due 30 days prior to trip departure.
- $100 deposit required on trips of 7 days or longer with balance due 30 days prior to trip departure unless otherwise noted on travel information.
- Extended Tours, Cruises & Special Events: Deposit amounts and final payment will be subject to supplier policies.
Method of Payment
Good to Go with Patti Beth accepts cash, checks, MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express. We use the secure credit card processing company Square Up.
A minimum of $100 charge is required for a credit card transaction
unless otherwise indicated on the flyer and subject to a 3.5% surcharge.
Any credit card payments refunded 30 days or longer after charged are subject
to a 3.5% + .15 cents reduction in refund. Thank you for your understanding.
Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellation & refund requests MUST BE MADE IN WRITING (via email is fine) and received/acknowledged by us within 5 days of trips departure date. Cancellation refund requests will be processed at the completion of the trip.
One Day Trips:
Cancellations are subject to a $10 cancellation fee and any expenses incurred by Good To Go with Patti Beth on behalf of the client.
Cancellations made seven to three (7-3) days prior to trip date will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee plus any expenses incurred by Good To Go with Patti Beth on behalf of the client. NO refunds will be issued on cancellations made two to zero (2-0) days prior to trip date. However if a waiting list is available or you are able to replace yourself no penalties will be incurred by the client.
Multi Day Trips:
We highly recommend you take out the additional travel insurance policy where offered.
Depending on policy offered, cancellations made will be subject to a $25 cancellation fee plus any expenses incurred by Good to Go with Patti Beth on behalf of the client. Cancellations made thirty to eight (30-8) days prior to departure will be subject to a $50 cancellation fee plus any expenses incurred by Good to Go with Patti Beth on behalf of the client.

Travel insurance is available and highly recommended to protect your investment.
Our trip interruption/cancellation insurance is highly recommended for the extended trips. If you purchase the insurance within the required time of your original deposit, the pre-existing condition is waived.
Should you get sick and are unable to go on your trip, you will get a full refund with the exception of your insurance premium. The insurance policies have different criteria of what deems a legitimate reason for cancellation. A brochure will be made available for you to review and call for clarification.
Remember that Medicare does not pay when traveling abroad and some medical insurance policies have limitations, too. Good to Go will require insurance on each traveler for international trips.
Should you decline the insurance, you will be asked to sign an insurance waiver form which will make you, the traveler, financially responsible should an emergency or trip delay occur.
Good to Go with Patti Beth is not self-insured.
For longer trips and especially trips outside the United States, a pre-departure party will be held or departure information will be mailed 1-2 weeks prior to trip departure.
Good To Go with Patti Beth, Inc. acts solely as your agent for airlines, restaurants, attractions, hotels, transportation and any other supplier stated in your tour itinerary. No liability is assumed for personal injury, property damage, other loss, accidents, delays, inconvenience or baggage damage in connection with the services of contracted suppliers.
When we use outside providers for our tours, the pricing is sometimes beyond our control. Errors and ommissions can create a situation where our listed prices, including the price quoted at sign-up, could increase. Sometimes significantly. If that unfortunate situation occurs, it will be within the discretion of the traveler to pay the additional costs, or cancel and receive a refund of monies paid.
Good To Go with Patti Beth reserves the right to accept, decline or terminate any person as a tour member. Good To Go with Patti Beth reserves the right to alter the tour itinerary, without affecting the value of the tour, when circumstances dictate. All international, air and cruise prices are based on tariffs, taxes, rates and rates of exchange at the time of printing and are subject to change without notice or harm to the Good To Go tour.
